To address your first comment — all I ask for is more context in the question, more specificity in the question, not the generic “what’s your design process?”. Again I don’t have a “my” process. I have a — “depending on what the circumstances, this is how I would handle it”. There’s no such thing as a “my design process” because as you said in your comment, you’re only looking to understand how people mesh with the team, then all I would want to do is answer specific questions as to how I mesh with the team and what not, not a generic monolithic “my design process” answer. The monolithic question/answer doesn’t make sense to me is all I’m saying.

To address your second comment — I’m a well-rounded person, I believe in being well-rounded, and the industry often times tells us to be well-rounded anyway. So why ask this question, unless if to back them in a corner and force to spit an answer you may likely want to hear? I’m simply confused why the industry wants well-roundedness and yet loves to ask these questions that are antithetical to that? That is all.
